Her name is Vida O'Connor but when she's trying to hide her identity she goes by Commie (lol) she was an angel that witnessed sera and Abel talking about going to hell and got curious. She stalked them and used her tech skills to try and spy on them some more. In doing so she was able to resonate with Vox's frequency from heaven and could see through his cameras into hell. While engrossed in looking around, Vox notices her and tries to figure out what was happening/stop her. She panics and goes to confess to Sera. Sera, fearing that Vox may have a way in now banishes Vida to fall. She ends up in hell and sees Charlie's commercial. She thinks that if she can strengthen the connection from the hell side she might be able to get a solid comms system set up between the two and try to reason with Sera and plead her case. She joins the hotel with the intention of helping Charlie be able to reach Emily but while she continues to mess around with vox's signal he gets closer to finding her. He plans to kill her but may have a better deal if she's willing to help him out. He can get her back into heaven, if she finishes the connection there'll be hell to pay.
