- The Murderer - Julian Devorak, THE ARCANA. —- I think that I never did an art so complicated since my last NSFW (and I’m still in doubt if I will post it here or not.). Also, I imagine everyone are sick to see another fanart of Julian Devorak by me. Hold on, there’s more. No no, there’s not. (I’m lying. How knows?). It’s not my fault if he is my type. 🤷‍♀️

So maybe you are questioning now “what the hell is this art anyway?”. Well, first thing: I’m a Final Fantasy fan and enthusiast, consequently I do appreciate the beautiful art of Yoshitaka Amano. Then one day I was thinking with myself and my other personality (?) “If Julian was a Final Fantasy character? So should I do covered him with a lot of zippers and belts like Tetsuya Nomura’s style used to do?!”. I did another look at Julian and thought he never fits well on Nomura’s style, and I’m tired to be a kind of copycat of him so long. For this reason I’m seeking for my own style indeed. I realized that Julian could suit on Amano’s style pretty well, and with this art done, I weren’t wrong. Julian looks like the oldest Final Fantasy games before the Playstation era, and he might be a good antagonist. It’s one more things “if” like. A simple but thorough artwork, also a tentative to reimagined Julian as a FF character, covered with a lot of beads, tassels and flamboyant colorful stuffs.
