I just want a little piece to remember you by. Because when you left I got rid of everything, thinking it would make me feel better.

But what happened when I was all alone and I couldn't even remember what you smelled like because I gave all your things back.

I'm asking so I can remember the good days.

You took up so much of my life, that I can't get back.

When I was hurt, I just wanted to forget you, I wanted to forget your laugh. I wanted to forget all the times, you told me you loved me.

So I got rid of all the little pieces of you in my life.

But I just need one to remember how it felt to be loved by you.

So, I looked in an old box to find some love letters you wrote me.

The letters you promised me, forever.

But, forever wasn't long enough for us.
