[knowing i am opening pandora's box with this] the concept of legality entirely human-invented. you do remember that laws were made by humans and they only exist to the degree that people enforce them right. they're not innate aspects or mechanisms of reality. they're nonphysical agreements between people on how people should act and what the consequences should be for breaking it. there's nothing metaphysical about it it's entirely socially constructed. humans predate laws and will always outlast them. they're intended to be tools to increase the quality of life for the people around them but they are as fallible as the judgement of those who enforce or imagine them
