Chillax!! We still got plenty of time. 6 more days! I’m going to burst by the time they give me that first copy.

Can I get a Woohoo or a Hell Yeah!!?  ‘Cause I just got some super exciting news, like really totally super exciting news. Remember that graphic novel I’ve been working on since like, well forever? It’s done! It’s finished and being printed right now. I’m so excited! First print will be released November 3rd. Write it down and come get your copy at Secret Headquarters when it’s out. So who’s up for celebrating? Drinks on me.

You want me to keep you company? I just don’t want to distract you from your work but if you want me there, of course, I join you. 

That’s super sweet of you but like I can’t draw and write in a dark room… Please let me do this for you, make that room all yours. 

Private: Like the type that goes up your back suddenly.

Private: Mine are on my arms.

Private: You mean chills? Because I get those too sometimes.

Private: Like... danger chills?

You deserve some space you can do with whatever you want so I’m totally not hearing that last part. 

Private: I don’t even know why I keep this account around. I’m weeks behind on the messages I have on here. The wedding was..interesting. Did you ever get past feeling panicked about it? Or figure out why you got that weird feeling?

Private: Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. No, I haven’t, yet. But it’s like goosebumps. They pop up from time to time.

A laboratory that can double as a room to develop pictures in. I can use some help with buying stuff for the laboratory part of the room cause I got no idea what all you want in it… 

...Sam. That’s so sweet. I don’t need any of that.

Looking on the bright side of all of this.. it gives me another week to plan the new layout of that room and buy some new stuff for it.

So basically we got a room we can’t use right now? 

And how long does it take to degrade?

...Uh, a couple days. Maybe a week, with that... much.

It’s sounds kind of ewwie… I guess it depends on how bad it is, like can we still get into the room or do I got to dig my way in? And how easy is it to clean up? I kind of wanted to start some redecorating in that room this weekend… So how bad is it? 

What I immediately love about Amsterdam is that there are bicycles literally everywhere that you can rent and just go on an adventure or explore the city. That’s literally how I have spend the last week after arriving here and settling into the dormitory. The art galleries are also so amazing!

That is also the reason why I haven’t said hi yet, I was far too overwhelmed with everything. Which is still incredibly rude of me, isn’t it? Well, I’ll just say hi now. I am Layla and just moved here to study art. Also, I am your friendly and cute part-time barista. Can’t wait to meet you all!

Oh man. I have to admit that as long as I have lived in New York, I’ve only been to Queens a handful of times, and never that deep. What brought you all the way over here though? If you don’t mind me asking of course.
