But in Gold panel, Jensen was talking about the cage fight with sam&dean and cas and fighting with lucifer. The way Jensen went like

"Sam and dean was in that cage fighting with lucifer and Mark was such a good fighter. He punched me in face but stop right close to my face... " and all that.

And i am like uhhh he forget cas was there too and it was funny for me because hellers are being too annoying.

in the apocalypse, at least a majority of people will survive. If you blow up and a chunk of earth explodes, just as much people will die. you can’t just live without a chunk of earth. 

and then the AUDACITY to break down Sam’s wall and say “when this is over, i will save Sam” knowing damn well HE CAN’T. He’s going to put Sam through the memories of centuries of trauma to make him catatonic. you are using sam’s trauma and dean’s protectiveness against them. your exploiting their vulnerability to get them out of your way. you are threatening the planets well being, every loves well being, heaven and hells well being, your friends well being, sam’s soul, DEAN’s well being. everyone’s well being just so you have a chance of winning a war against something you had other choices to do.

what mostly bothers me though is the smaller stuff. on a grand scale, all of what he is doing is wrong but can be “justified” by the greater good: stopping the apocalypse from restarting. but the small things like lying to your friends? letting crowley kidnap Dean’s only people outside of hunting? breaking down sam’s wall and releasing centuries of rape, or torture, but Lucifer and micheal to save some time? especially knowing damn well you CANNOT save Sam. and phrasing it like that pisses me off too. “i’ll save sam.” from what? from you? from what you just unlocked and put him through? dean has been carefully avoiding this and your just going to smash that wall go bits(not even break a bit off, no, he has to destroy the whole dam).

his “god” complex comes before he gets his purgatory souls. Crowley literally uses it against him several times. crowley knows and exploits that—sure he gets beaten up a few times and castiel does argue, but you can see castiel (more or less) preen at the fantasy. he may not want to rule over everyone— after all, he wants what Anna (the other angel he killed) wanted! “Free will”! only his version of it. he doesn’t even know what free will is. he knows the idea of it, the fantasy of it, but not what it really is. Castiel wants to be a new God. a “better” God that promotes “free will”. 

cute and all by why does it have to be him, hmm? “it just has to be” he says but why. because your all good intentions? i remember just like a season or two ago you were judging a certain someone for a situation not quite parallel to this(because he knows what he is doing and truly thinks he’s just so so good). he’s such a hypocrite.

I genuinely do not understand why Destiel has to be real, why Cockles has to be real. They can just be normal fantasies you share with others.

Again why do they need it to be "real"? Fanfiction is about enjoying a fantasy. It doesn't have to be canonized. That is the point! It is seeing what is not there and realizing it with art & writing

These people are evangelicals, and must push their "reality" on others. But this fervor is reaching a fever pitch. They are desperate because reality is encroaching six years after the show ended. They can no longer deny it, so they are throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks: accusations of homophobia (but not biphobia??), pulling out the few scraps of writers & other show runners hemming and hawing. Using stereotypes that harm queer communities as "proof". It is not enough, no one is buying it outside their circle. And Jensen has denied it yet again, as he has for years, but it feels permanent this time...like it finally hit them

Why do they need Jensen's approval so badly? Because it is Jensen they are waiting on to see the light. If they were remotely normal or sane they would enjoy what they enjoy without needing the word of one man. Their meltdown, double down over the past two months speaks to this, loud and clear. They need that final piece to be legitimate and they will never get it

No true prequel. No sequel or new season. JP doing projects he wants to do & publicly supporting JA. JA publicly supporting JP & waxing poetic about him to strangers. Whatever happened with prequel gate changed them but I think it is for the best, for their friendship to be solid and healthy as they entered their forties. (That is my opinion though, but hopefully my point still makes sense if you feel differently!)

Meanwhile MC desperate, jobless, broke and on the back foot when JA found out all the bullshit he has said with his fanatic legion. There may be Cockles panels in the future but not any time soon, that ship has sailed. Mitya pandered too hard, was greedy too soon, and now he is just a joke. We would not be so hard on his ability & aging appearance had his fans not put him on a palanquin and paraded him in our faces, had he been decent and not constantly and consistently foul & inappropriate

And as far as Cockles...someone recently dug up his divorce papers to see where the charity money was going & found nothing about a hidden chateau, nothing about visitation, just proof of him mismanaging his money. Not thinking ahead well enough. Thinking Castiel would be his foot in the door to new opportunities after SPN...but they overinflated his ego & he too lost sight of the truth

The well is drying up. Creation Entertainment knows it and is acting on it at last. The Cockles/Destiel fans know it subconsciously but their minds are so warped by the "support" (pandering) that was tossed at them for years, they must now find crumbs amid the actual truth: the show was the love story about two brothers. But it was never about Castiel.

You know I love my numbers. It helps anchor me to reality. It comforts me to see the scanty scene pack they have built their reality on. My reality is the show I watched & my fantasies about it are my own. I have shipped things over a single glance, but I have never wanted validation. I just have fun with friends.

Don't get me wrong, when the most fanatical Destiels are done and gone, SPN fandom will still be a mire of bullshit. There is a lot of annoying current infighting: Sam is abusive to Dean, or Dean is abusive to Sam, "that is reality" and they will try to enforce it, call you an abuse fetishizer. Blah blah fictional incest is wrong (well that is a big issue in any fandom now) & it is always abuse, so there. Then there are JA stans that have their own vile crusade against JP for some inscrutable reason. SPN has plenty to reckon with already!

But that is par the course. That is fandom, always has been, take it or leave it. It will just be satisfying to see the loudest, most intrusive minority voice crash and burn at last after being the SPN Fandom Police for so many years. They deserve it and more

But new fanfic dropped. Apparently Gen uses her Children for click and as Jensen adored Tom and Shep. He hated Gen now. And he went from being their godfather to strangers. Ackles believe in keeping children private. So ackles doesn't give a shit about Gen. What would Gen do, I wonder? Ackles hate her. Her life must be over. 🤣🤣🤣

Funniest shit ever was Misha hating Gen for same. Misha who was telling vulgar stories about his own children will teach others how to raise kid. These people are hilarious.

They have posted plenty of pictures of their kids and have even brought JJ to premieres and red carpet events. That’s more than the Padaleckis have done. In fact one year Danneel had all her kids in the Target pride shirts but ok. Danneel very much tried this angle but she couldn’t stick to anything. Somehow these same people didn’t mind when she did.

What’s funny is that apparently the two men who are never at home or don’t seem to have good parenting skills are somehow Fathers of the year. That’s rich.
