You were previously brought up to speed on the Purcon10 Jensen answer about Destiel that sent Hellers in to a spiral. Since then they’ve been posting about how insensitive Jensen is and about his homophobia showing. I’ve not seen any Hellers call out Misha; however, he was unmasked at that panel and should, in my opinion, be facing more consequences from his fans.

This weekend in Boston we got the following:

This is a short clip, the context is that a fan was saying that the FBBC beer couldn’t be shipped to some places, Jensen mentioned laws about that then said you can ship boots though and then you see what happens in the clip.

J2 were on point and seemed to have a great time together.

Misha’s been pretty quiet since Germany, though this weekend he made a comment about full penetration for Megstiel 🙄

Is Misha going to ease up on the Destiel BS now do you think? And is the fact that Jensen seems a bit more comfortable treating the ship like fanfiction (which it is) a sign of things will continue on with him?

Link. J2's magical chemistry is still going strong and Jensen's comedic timing is always on point when he shares a panel with Jared. Jensen finally attained leading man status so he doesn't need to soft pander to destielers anymore.

Speaking of Misha, I saw that his one-man show was cancelled for the France convention. Maybe that's why he's been quiet since Germany because he knew about the cancellation. Misha will never let go of the Destiel BS, and I actually don't fault him for that because he got to make a living. He won't be the first nor the last straight queerbaiter. The difference between him and the other aging queerbaiters is his lesser talent. Andy Robinson embraced the Bashir-Garak ship of the Star Trek fandom and even published a book about his character. For DS9's 30th anniversary, him and Siddig (Bashir) read excerpts from his book. Could you ever see Misha and Jensen doing something like this lol.

Anyways, that's a pretty good speech by Jensen, emphasizing the importance to network, network, and network!

Then he talked about Jared. Huh, I just privately talked to a reader few hours ago about this without having watched this love letter speech to Jared. I mentioned to the reader that Jared and Jensen's friendship will endure in spite of the codependency nature and some of Jensen's sketchy actions because of their unique 15 years shared experience, which would be like having the same classmate from grade one to twelve and then 3 more years in the same college.

So I’ve messaged by someone who was at the con and said Jensen brought up Danneel several times. A mutual listened to the videos and confirmed. And nearly every time, it was a negative and toxic way. Made me headdesk.

I know the stans will go “But that’s just their humor!”

And people laugh.

He did the same when he was asked about the OTH reboot at the Countdown premiere. He said that if Danneel ‘asked’ him to be on the reboot, he’d be on it—no choice in the matter. Again, people laughed.

Everyone laughed and went “Yas Kween!”

No autonomy at all for Jensen. Zero. This isn’t cute. This speaks as to why he’s barely home. This speaks to battles over power in an unhealthy marriage.

A marriage isn’t about fights over power. About who gets one over the other. It should never be about that.

But his stories do that over and over again. Math questions and everything else.

Maybe they’ve been married for 16 years, but I sincerely doubt it’s been ‘happily’….

Why—WHY—did Jensen think this was funny to say? All it does is point to Jensen saying he’s avoiding any kind of intimacy with his wife!

I’d argue she probably isn’t. Marrying for status like this where the spouse making the big bucks actually has the power whether you want to boss him around or not isn’t that stable. Your position is tenuous and only exists so long as he still wants you there. See wealthy men that have left their wives for someone else. Even after 20 years. Bossy and controlling or not if he’s the breadwinner that makes the millions you never could, he has the power not you.

I’ve often noticed his insistence on her shark aggressive personality just doesn’t stand up. She was given a show to EP and even a potential spin off of OTH. She showed in interviews she didn’t even bother preparing for interviews or learning anything about supernatural. That’s not someone that’s in charge. It’s a spoiled housewife. She also didn’t do anything for OTH but cut a check to buy herself a role on it. DIdn’t even bother with fan conventions but once. Yeah I don’t buy it.
