eating the same dish over and over

spilling food on my clothes every time I eat

daydreaming for hours and totally forgetting that I’ve got responsibilities

dissociating in the shower / on the toilet

asking someone what they’ve just said five times in a row

taking far too long for any decision, even the smallest ones

speaking either too loud or too quiet, or not at all

spacing out and then forgetting to answer when I’m in a conversation

running into other people even tho I clearly see them walking towards me
