Two years ago, I was in a group named Dreams of Paradise ran by a few people, one of them being my friend Nix. In this group was Danie who played a male (I can’t remember exactly who, but between her alias’ I do recall her playing Ted Tonks and one of the Prewetts - again, this was two years ago) but she was disappearing for extended lengths of time. Eventually, her role was re-opened due to reactivity. Then Tara came along, someone who acted, spoke, etc. just like Danie. Then Tara got inactive, and Danie was back. This became a cycle and eventually, the admins installed statcounter to track the IP’s and confirmed that Danie and Tara was the same person, alternating between alias’ to re-enter the group multiple times. (Note: her first alias there was Saniya, so she alternated between the three). Due to this, she was kicked out permanently.

Not too long after, I opened a group named Lux Et Tenebrae. When Danie applied under her Tara alias, I knew it was her and explained my reasoning as to why I couldn’t let her in. She denied being Danie (she always denies it) but never came back. Not too long after, I got an application for Caradoc Dearborn by someone named Hannah who I let in. Hannah had the idea of starting a group chat on Skype for all the members to join and talk to, and when she did, Nix, Jules and I all became close friends with her. She told us stories about living in Australia, her schooling, her friends, etc. But eventually I grew a bit weary of her, because she seemed so familiar. So I installed a statcounter, and realized that again, it was Danie. So I confronted her about it and this time she admitted it. She said that she thought people would like her more if she said she wasn’t from India, if she pretended to be white - I felt bad, and I let her stay in the group so long as she was honest. She told people she was Danie and things were okay for awhile.

But then the group chat got a little tense. Danie made really insensitive comments (ie. one of my members made a comment about their depression and her response was “instead of being sad, smile instead!!”) and when it was suggested that Caradoc might not be heterosexual she got very offended and made comments about him being “very straight”. Due to this, Danie was removed from the group. She didn’t take to this kindly, and this is when the worst part began.

When I kicked her out, at first she was okay because honestly, I was kind during it all. She told me i was a good admin, that she understood, etc. I had given her warning about her comments, and they continued so I didn’t have a choice. But then she went on her writing blog (and I’m sorry but I don’t remember most of her old urls) and started making posts about me. She claimed that I ruined roleplay for her, that I made her feel worthless, that she was ending her life and goodbye. Then she would come back a few days later like nothing happened, and would repeat the posts a few days after that. It was hell. Every single day, she was looking at my blog. During this time, she joined an appless group that Jules was in under the alias Jay. When Jules realized it was Danie, she left. She always does that - once you realize its her, she abandons her blog for a new alias.

So we installed a code to block her IP, except every time we would, somehow she would get a new IP address. She had over 20 at one point and we couldn’t keep up, and she would leave us anons taunting us about how we could never outsmart her. Then she tried applying for my old group, Ab Initio from aslytherinwrites.tumblr.com under the alias Juno/JJ. I recognized her IP and said (again, I was polite) that I couldn’t accept her and to please leave me alone. She has since abandoned that blog. She continued looking at all our writing blogs daily. I tried changing my url (i used to be mmacdonaldwrites) and she found my new blog within an hour. Nix made a new blog all together and she found that right away. We were stuck, so we did something that trust me, we did not want to do. We installed a code that blocked the entire country as India.

That worked for awhile, thankfully. She stayed away. Then somehow, she got around it. Somehow, she had been on our blogs again, all the time, multiple times a day. She has left me messages calling me trash, telling me I’ll never escape her, etc. She won’t stop, and I can’t make her.
