If there is anyone who’s parents have racist views or agrogant ideology on the protests; their views are not your own, your allowed to stand up for what is right. Ive heard so many close family members say they don’t understand why people need to protest, but it doesn’t matter because I know that these protests are for people to understand that black lives matter. To show others that they have been oppressed for way to long and it’s time for change.

I understand if people are unable to make donations or what not. But you are still able to sign petitions, speak up, educate yourself and those around you. You can do your research and vote for representatives that will stand for our basic human rights. It is necessary for you to keep those who are silent accountable. History is in the making, this is a revolution that has been needing to happen. Now is not the time to be silent it is the time to stand by the black lives matter movement.
