🔥"Modern Kuriyan” by Ikk Hor . @hark1karan and I present our first collaborative project under Ikk Hor, where we aim to tackle a issues in the panjabi community using different creative mediums. . Here is a trailer of behind the scenes from the shoot, with four powerful panjabi women who represent a part of the diaspora who have been challenged on the way they dress, their skin, their stature and life choices. . The one colour fits represents the uniqueness in each person and being yourself, we live in a society that seeks validation and often pressured to fit in a box which has been multipled by a culture that promotes the behaviour of caring what other people think. We hope that these four women inspire others to stand up and be themselves. .
