Hell Forged

As most of you know, this has been a long time coming. 

I think I can finally man up and say that this account has been doing me more harm than good. I've sacrificed too much, taken too much for granted, all for a little temporary enjoyment. My spiritual health has greatly declined in the time since I first started having problems, and I realize now that playing such a faithless muse, immersing myself in such a persona and taking on so many of her attributes was damaging to my relationship with my Savior. 

Of course, this is not a conclusion I reached yesterday, or last night. It's something I've known for a while, but I haven't had the courage to do what needed to be done. I've talked about leaving before, and I haven't owned up to it because I've held onto what good there was of this in the beginning much too hard. As I've held on to some of you too hard. 

With inspiration gleaned from a friend and sister in Christ, I think I can finally summon the nerve to do what I wasn't strong enough to do without a little nudge. 

I don't think I'll be coming back to Jo. 

I love you all so much, and I will cherish each and every single thing I've done with each of you, and our stories we wrote together. But this is something I have to do for myself. Because above all, God comes first, and this is a request he made of me a long time ago. It's time to stop ignoring Him. 

I've picked up a new muse, in a new fandom, and one that I believe will prove much more pleasant to portray and to write for. I've followed some of you with her already, and for those of you who'd like to remain in touch, I'd be more than happy to share with you the url. All ya gotta do is ask. Doesn't mean it's a guarantee I'll give it to you. But you can ask. 

I'll most likely be setting up a new skype too. Starting over, starting fresh. Doing things right this time. 

So it ain't goodbye, honeychildren. Just... see ya when I see ya. C: 

And I do so very much hope to see ya.

I'll do a couple of things around here, but tomorrow I'm gonna be working on a new project, and I honestly don't know whether or not I'll be back here at all after it's finished. We'll see how it goes.
