I think the best tattoos are the ones that can stand on their own with and without a meaning attached. Main reason being that you’re going to change and grow as a person throughout your entire life, and your opinions/lifestyle are more likely to drastically change than your aesthetic tastes. The other reason is that a tattoo is primarily a piece of art and should be treated as such.

If you can come up with something that you can associate with being straight edge but that still looks good without that meaning associated with it, that would be a better option than basically getting the straight edge logo.

Between the two you posted, a vibrant/colorful, or just otherwise creative version of the triforce sword is the best choice. It’ll look really cool even if you don’t still play Zelda in 5-10 years. Make sure your tattoo artist creates the final design. The drawing/reference you bring in should be a guideline while the actual tattooer turns it into the final tattoo.

Thanks and all you said is true, I do attend to get the straightedge logo cuz its a meaning to me that have I have been my whole life, more likely a lifestyle and its something I have been true to myself. But for the Legend Of Zelda logo is something I like its an art that I like, well also shows that I have been a gamer since I was a child and die one as well
