To be fair to the instructors at the Academy, it IS canon that Tom makes up his own ânursery rhymesâ (as BâElanna called them in Drive) as mnemonic devices. So he probably came up with that one on his own.

Yes @captacorn, it most definitely is.  And every time Janeway orders him to go to âmaximum warpâ heâs thinking that in his headâŠ.
