That's what the Roe reversal does to the Equal Protections clause: A disparity and unequality of rights in the same country, where a citizen in i.e. Georgia or Texas has less rights than a citizen in New York or California. That's why laws regarding marriage and abortion etc. should be competencies of the national, federal level to ensure that every citizen has the same rights and the same protections under the law. No civilized, modern country lets such a situation of unequal standarts prevail.
