Anyone who's lived in Paris can tell you, they have a complicated relationship with the city. Its beauty captivates you, and living there is like a dream, but then you also hate the stuffy Métro, small apartments and unending bureaucracy. It's a place you complain about every day when you're there, but can't stop reminiscing on when you leave.
