“Yeah, I know that” he shook his head as his eyes followed the brunette as she walked inside his room. “A lot of drinks” Dallas mused. “I mean, I’m glad you’re here” he told her, the last thing he wanted was Hannah getting hurt.

“A little, a lot, who knows?” She giggled, waiting patiently for him to help her out of her shoes. “Of course I’m here,” she hiccuped hoisting herself onto her knees and pulling him towards the bed so they were level. “I love you,” Hannah grinned, hooking her arms around his neck.

“Yeah… sarcas is still your thing” she told the brunette as she walked inside the placd. “I don’t know, I brought Noel some and I thought it was fair” Skylar shrugged. “What? No, of course not”

“I’m the queen of sarcasm. I was born this way. Sorry, babes,” she grinned, looking through her fridge for something she could offer Sky. “I’ve got leftover Chinese food in here if you want some. Not much else. My diet mainly consists of lattes and tequila,” she apologized, turning back to the blonde. “Oh, you paid Noel a visit? Tell me all of the hot gossip. What’s going on with her?”

“What do you mean? She’s always the most boring Jones” Quinn giggled. “And I wanna get drunk… more…. yeah more drunk make me whatever you want”

“I’m not getting myself involved in this debate,” Hannah laughed. She wasn’t sure whether Quinn or Ivy would be capable of more damage. “If I knew you were this fun, I’d hang out with you more, Quinny. I’ll make you something strong. Do you like vodka, gin and rum?”

“I like taking risks” she shrugged looking at the brunette next to her. “What is someone there looking for you? Wait would I get a reward if I sent you there?” Venus asked teasingly. “I guess that means my company is not what you want right now, my heart is broken now, Hannah” she said dramatically.

“Out of all the risks you could take, that’s the one you’re going with? That’s the most boring risk I’ve ever heard,” she shook her head in disapproval. “No, but my dad lives there and I’m sure he’d find something to start nagging me about,” Hannah rolled her eyes at the thought. “Well, ya know what the best cure for a broken heart is? Alcohol.”

“Ivy, should be here getting drunk too” the younger Jones mused. “I don’t know what can you make?”

“Looks like Ivy gets the award for the most boring Jones sister tonight,” she laughed. “I was a bartender, Quinn. I can make whatever your heart desires.”

“Why do I look suspicious?” she raised an eyebrow at the brunette. “I think I have a cute adorable face, I don’t know what are you talking about” Venus insisted. “On what plane? Also, I don’t think getting drunk at an airport is the best thing if you ask me”

“Well you’re traveling without a phone charger for starters,” Hannah reminded her. “A plane to anywhere but here. Actually, not to London either. I can’t go back there,” she shook her head. “Not the best thing but, being drunk is better than being sober.”

“Yea I really like fenty, it’s the only line that has makeup that matches my exact skin tone—usually they’re all a little too light or dark and it’s so annoying” ollie huffed, that was part of the reason she never wore makeup in the first place, it was always such a hassle to buy. “I do go to monarch! I figure you get a lot of monarch students in here huh?” She was sure of it, the store was too close to the residence halls for that to not be true. “He is a little shit, but he’s sweet sometimes so I guess that makes up for it” she was joking of course, ollie really did love liam even when he was being a little bit of a dick. “I’m ollie, don’t tell me he’s been talking shit about me…has he?”

“Fenty’s one of the better brands with a more reasonable price too. I mean, I know most people at Monarch have more money than they can handle, but, if you’re on a normal university student budget, Fenty’s got good bang for your buck. They’ve got this darker shade that I think would like really good on you too. Here, sit,” she insisted, pointing to one of the chairs in front of the mirror and grabbing a few products. “There’s also this stick that you can use too if you don’t have a good brush.” She held up the two for Ollie to choose from. “Way more than I’d like, that’s for sure,” she huffed. “Ollie? No, you’re not someone we’ve talked shit about,” Hannah shook her head. She would’ve been upfront if they had. What did Hannah have to lose? “I’m Hannah, if you didn’t know. I’m sure Liam talks all the time about how much he worships the ground I walk on.”

“You should be glad it’s too big for you to steal, I’m not the one who’d end up behind bars” he laughed, leading their way up the stairs and into the guest bedroom which looked like a master all the same. “You need to start being nice to rich people, Will doesn’t give a shit what I do in this house as long as the plants get watered and nothing breaks” he told her, opening the door for her to go into the bedroom before him. He took a moment to admire the setting sun as he raised his last shot glass of tequila to his mouth, a smirk teasing his lips as he turned to face her. “I’m not gonna bother you with the small talk—“ his hand reached down to her waist, traveling behind her and down her back as he pulled her closer to him, eagerly pressing his lips against hers once they were finally close enough. 

“Maybe not behind bars but, I’m not so sure Will would be very pleased when he comes home to a house with no piano,” she added, following him into the bedroom and taking in their surroundings. “Hm...” she thought his words over. “Is Will single?” She asked him jokingly. “And if he isn’t, how likely is he to cheat?” Her smile widened. “Please don’t. You know that kind of thing kills the mood,” she made a little face. Alfie knew her well enough at this point to know Hannah wasn’t interested in that. They both knew that this was solely sex and neither would be missing the forced conversation. Her arms easily hooked around his neck, meeting him halfway with the kiss. 

          “ depends on how you look at it . you’re surely more efficient that way . i don’t think calling it growth is too big of a stretch . ”  she laughs out , raising her glass in a cheers before bringing the rim up to her lips for a sip .  “ i’ll drink to that . especially if it’s a nice glass of red . wasting alcohol honestly ought to be a crime of the highest degree . you think we could convince the president to make it law ? ”  she plays ,  “ you look amazing , by the way . san diego’s done you well . maybe i should’ve followed sooner . ”

“Obviously I’m going to look at it as me not being pathetic. Pathetic is the farthest thing from how I should ever be described,” she decided. Hannah tapped her glass against Celine’s before following suit and taking a sip. “Unfortunately, I don’t have a vote in this country. I think the Queen could be convinced though. I heard she loves her booze,” Hannah chuckled, placing her glass down. “San Diego? Come on, you know I looked flawless back in London as well. I’ve finally just got some sun on this pasty ass skin.” She grinned. “How long have you been here anyway?”

         “ actually , i just started crocheting and it’s super relaxing . i’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for new ways to calm down . i’m hoping to have a hat done for ollie by the time christmas rolls around ! ”  santi’s not even intentionally throwing shade at all by telling hannah to calm down . he’s genuinely offering relaxation advice out of the kindness of his heart .  “ but anyways , i think it’s nice to ponder things even if there’s no viable way for them to occur or exist . i mean , if we just accepted the world as it was , we’d never make any progress as a society . ”

“You...” Hannah looked at him before shaking her head. “I don’t even know why I’m entertaining any of this.” She could’ve walked away when the conversation began yet, here she was, still listening to Santi’s nonsense. “You’re crocheting a hat for Ollie? That’s the lamest thing I’ve ever heard. If you want to get fucked, that’s not the way to do it,” Hannah told him. “Ponder things in your head. Don’t torture others by forcing them to listen to you rambling.”

“I’m sure. Either way, you’re an angel today.” Kai emphasised, chuckling. He hummed to then shrug. “Sure, I can go for coffee.”

“I’ll cherish these words,” she joked. It was only a matter of time before he took them back. “How does Grounded sound?”
