sometimes im with my friends so much that i forget people are homophobic. like, my mom was talking about an ad she saw where there were two men holding hands and that she was happy they weren't making it sexual. i let her talk, cuz that's what i do, and she suddenly said that having them kiss would've been offensive. i asked if she was offended if an ad had a man and woman kissing...she said it wouldn't be "sexual" or "pushing an agenda"....the hypersexualization of queer people is INSANE.
