Today is the day. I started off my morning with a cup of coffee and had breakfast while binge-watching Netflix. It seems like a nice breezy monday.

Halfway through the noon, i felt gloomy. And that, I don’t know why. Nothing triggers me.

5.30pm. When it all started.

My mind was messed up. Filled with the ‘what ifs’ and ‘probably’ on so many aspects of my life.

7.30pm. I put my mobile on silent. Ignored all the DMs and texts from everyone. I don’t even want to create a conversation with anyone at home.

I climbed onto the bed and snuggled up. Hugging myself, staring at the big empty white wall. Tears rolled down my cheeks. I feel so broken. All those weights that I have been carrying all the time just fell.

I said a small prayer. Asking Allah to brace my heart and give me strength to face what may come and distance those people that are not good for me.
