started wearing my apple watch again and i didn’t realize i was actually negative calories so when i was eating a 500-600 cal meal and feeling guilty, odds are i burned an extra 200-500 cals from existing and working out

GASP is my honey moon phase coming back? i’m not dreading working out or not eating, i feel weirdly motivated????
