“No. Why would I be? Things are fine the way they are, they don’t need to change.”

“I don’t know about that… besides, change is a good thing! It’s exciting!!”

“Change is terrible! Why give up something you know for something you don’t?” 

“Well-- change is gonna happen to us whether we like it or not, so isn’t it better to think about all the good that could come from it instead of catastrophizing? It’s been so nice here, but it’s been getting so hard to stick around. I think if we open ourselves up to the possibility of change, great things could happen.” 

“Or all my adoring fans could up and leave.” 

“HA!”

“It’s different for me, but you have so little time on Earth. Why get so excited about change and uncertainty? It’d be better to find what you like and then keep it forever.” 

“I mean... maybe… but what if there’s something even better out there and I just haven’t found it yet? The uncertainty scares me too, but. I guess if I let my fear control me, then I’ll never be able to do new things, and I think that’s too important a part of life to miss out on.” 

“Mm. I guess we’ll see.” 

“We will! I love where we’ve been, but I’m excited to see where we’re going-- I think it’s gonna be amazing!”

[got my new oc blog up!! my main art blog is still available to anyone who wants to give it a follow; the biggest difference is that it’ll have the nicer, finished work, and the oc blog will be for oc art specifically. 

I’ll be wrapping up a few things here and officially archiving February 24th, so stick around until then! in the meantime, here’s where else I’ll be, if anyone is still interested!]

[I think I’m all done with rp blogs-- let’s face it, I haven’t rp’d properly in at least a year now, and nobody new has wanted to interact for months. I’m gonna be scooting the Keepers to a general oc blog, where I’ll post art and facts and some story stuff. I’ll even still take questions, and ideally continue to build new relationships with the Keepers and other ocs!

I’m just tired, really. I started this blog when I was a senior in high school, fresh off of Rise of the Guardians, no clue what I was doing. a lot has changed since then! I’ve had the Keepers for seven years and the blog for six, and that’s a long time to be doing the same thing. I still love the Keepers so, so much, and I still want to tell their story to an even bigger audience. this just isn’t the place for it anymore, I think.
