quick rules under the cut
Firstly, I should be very clear on this, I am okay with mistakes. Being ADHD I know people can forget things. It's okay, I will gently remind you and I won't be upset with you if you forget a rule that isn't a hard no preference for me.
(like being a sess/rin shipper or transphobic or racist is a hard no.)
All of the given/common rules; no god-modding, metagaming, stealing, or dragging me into drama.
As well as no kind of hatred/bigotry, sexism, transphobic, homophobic, anti-lgbtq+, terf, racism, Pro-Israel, etc.
No Minors; I'm an adult and I will only write with other adults.
NSFW; I don't write it. My writing is too cringe in regards to this subject.
Violence; given my source material and my character's personality... some of my writing and imagery can be a bit violent and/or bloody. I will tag things with "tw blood".
I love shipping! I'm multiship and polyamory friendly. However, chemistry is a must. Non-romantic ships are also on the table! If you think any kind could work please let me know!
Another ship thing; I love InuKag a lot. I also love InuKikyo. The three of these characters are in a very complicated situation. Not a single one of them are bad for reacting to it the way they did. Don't hate on any of these characters around me.
Selectivity; I RP with who I follow and follows me back (exceptions for side-blogs). I mainly ask that you have rules somewhere as a bare minimum. OCs and Crossover encouraged!
Blocking; I don't block evade, I'll never block evade. I have memory issues so if you really don't want me to refollow you on accident then please hard block me! I will also block you if there's anything that indicates you support or ship sess/rin on your blog. If you play one of sess' kids i promise it's okay to just give them a different mother. I have mutuals that have done that.
This blog is anti minor/adult ships and anti Yashahime. I like Moroha but that's about it. No Sess/Rin. Sorry, he met her when she was a small child. That's his daughter.
Trimming; Please trim your posts, it makes it easier to read. I'll trim our threads if you can not.

a lot of irl issues happened and killed my muse & energy.
Inuyasha's muse is making a comeback and I'm in an entirely new house than when I was last active.
i was sleeping in the living room of that 1 bedroom house, and the floors were caving in, there were far too many people, the house had termites. the list goes on.
I'm much better off now, i have my own room and the house is in good condition. eventually i'll make another move to live with my partner but for now i'm living with and helping my mom out.

i was blindsided by the alien stuff.
I do still have a general idea for a verse, but it's been taking me a while to formulate it properly. Because I like to try to process the canon of a series before I feel comfortable picking it apart for what I want from it.
I know for sure I'm not going to do anything with the tailed beasts though. MAYBE making this version of Toga (Inu's dad) an ancient creature native to the planet infused with chakra though.

///hello, a little update;
i've been a bit stressed lately because the bathroom floor caved in so the whole bathroom is being redone. =)
I'm gonna try to get some of my drafts here down tonight and then roll on over to @halfghcst to fix up his pinned post and stuff.
I'm gonna try to not burn myself out on my muses by alternating between at least two of them at a time between video game time and work.

///fun fact about the mun, years ago I was actually going to write Sesshomaru. But while rewatching the anime for him, found I appreciated Inuyasha more than I had as a kid so I ended up writing him instead.
///I mentioned it somewhere on my about, and I'll probably rewrite it so it's more clear in a bit.
But my canon is manga and anime mixed. However, though I love the animation/art for the anime I lean more into the plot, pacing, and characterization of the manga. The biggest things for me from the manga vs the anime, is that the manga wasn't so all over the place and frustrating about the way Inuyasha and Kagome felt about each other. Inuyasha as a result didn't feel writing wise so dumbed down or as mean? Not sure how else to describe it.
But He was very clear that while he couldn't forget about Kikyo because of their history and his guilt, he would always choose Kagome between the two. That he wanted to be with her. And this was stated so early on compared to the anime that it actually made me a little upset when I just started reading the manga. Inuyasha has very complex feelings regarding Kikyo and they can mostly be attributed to survivor's guilt. He did absolutely have feelings for her, she was the first person to acknowledge him as a person since the death of his mother. The first person willing to get close to him.
So I believe those feelings are real too, but-- and he thinks this much himself -- Kagome had more time with him and didn't ask him to change for her, outside of being a little more friendly. She is the one that taught Inuyasha that it was okay to make friends and lean on others for support. That he didn't have to be alone. Kikyo would have absolutely wanted to be that for him, but she didn't get the chance. Her wish to love Inuyasha, Kagome is that wish being granted.
This quickly became why I love InuKag, but the way the two interact in the anime vs the manga does change peoples perception of Inuyasha himself. The anime changed a very heartfelt scene where he was explaining his feelings to her, to the infamous "Why can't I have both?" scene when confronted about Kikyo vs Kagome. One of those makes Inuyasha a lot less complex as a result.
