кто-нибудь напишет замечательную книгу и назовет ее “банальность травмы”. и книга эта будет о том, что тебя травмируют не какие-то сверхъестественные события, которые случаются только с тобой одним и ни с кем больше, а очень обычные, я бы даже сказал, самые обычные повседневные вещи. и вот эти обычные вещи ранят тебя изо дня в день, а ты даже не можешь как-то оформить свою жалобу. просто потому что для других людей в этих вещах не содержится даже потенциала для переживания.

мое житейское и бесконечно далекое от объективного наблюдение: ты либо считаешь свое деструктивное поведение частью своей идентичности, либо ты считаешь его чужой частью себя. и, как я чувствую это в других, как я чувствую это в себе, если травма ощущается как чужеродная, как нечто, от чего можно избавиться, тебе гораздо проще и легче лечиться (ведь ты знаешь, что лечить; есть что-то, что тебя тревожит и ты хочешь исправить это в себе).

но как только травма становится частью твоей идентичности, все лечение сводится к бесконечному самовопрошанию: это я или моя травма? что из этого нужно исправить? что из этого является мной?
