my jaw dropped when jean pushed bryson and it hasn't been closed since. i'm sorry but that was one of, if not THE hottest scene in the entirety of the aftg universe. the visual of jean moreau grabbing a man's shirt so he could throw him off the porch and how he stormed towards him after has done major damage to my brain. but what really makes the scene hot is that jeremy did not cry, did not flinch, did not even say a SINGLE word—his face just went blank and jean decided that was more than enough reasons to shove a man he knew nothing about against a car and threaten to break his neck. jeremy stopped smiling and jean was more than ready to kill somebody for it. the person i was before this scene is gone. i'm forever changed.

devotion is in both neil and andrew, and they wordlessly taught it to each other without expecting anything back. they found each other, realized that no, they weren’t willing to lose each other, and gave their complete devotion to the other.
and I think that’s far more special than softness or an half-assed “I love you”.

everyone pray for jean moreau. one day he’s going to be so hopelessly and helplessly in love with jeremy that when jeremy flashes those big brown puppy dog eyes at him and asks to help him in the kitchen, jean is going to ignore all of cat and laila’s ominous warnings and say yes.
I think a lot about the press getting a shot of Jean kissing Cat’s forehead at his first game and how monumental that photo was like that is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what people expect of him; being affectionate with a teammate—a queer woman of color as well—during the cleanest game of his career.

anyway this is me telling you Neil routinely does random trust falls on Andrew, because it’s a win win scenario for him. Either Andrew catches him and Neil gets to feel cared for or Andrew lets him fall and Neil gets to be insufferable about it for a week.
After the tenth one Andrew is sick of it and tells Kevin to tell Neil off but Kevin thinks it’s a good test of his reflexes and let’s Neil continue.
Andrew always catches him tho, just to prove the point he keeps his word. He stops Neil’s fall, waits a second or two and once he feels he’s made his point, let’s Neil fall the remaining two feet to the ground. Because I love you but fuck you
