Meet the Librarians

Ooh ooh ah-ah-ah, Oook oo-ook ook oo-oo-ooh — Ah-ah, ook ook. Eeek!
That is to say, welcome to the Haiku Library, a new book diary / poetry project. My fluffy librarian Thelonious will be keeping me supplied with fresh books. For every one I finish reading, I plan to write a haiku. It could be a plot summary, a favourite moment, a review / reaction, or have a more tenuous thematic connection. Stay tuned to find out.
I might also add some ‘archive’ haiku relating to books I read earlier in the year, or having some general literary connection. Keep your eyes and your bananas peeled.
