I can already see the journey and struggle Tanrak is going through as his life is influenced by Barth. And I can already see this boy’s mind combating with his budding sexuality vs his religious beliefs. And it just pains me to see that he’s going to hate himself. He’s going to think something is wrong with him and that he will never see his parents again. That’s what kills me.
