Zach set aside the newspaper he’d been pretending to read. Nothing in it really interested him all that much. He absently adjusted the small device of his ear as he looked over the other man. Now he was more than positive that it was who he’d thought it was. There weren’t that many people who could run that many laps so it made sense.

"Not really sure what you expect me to do when Captain America is standing right in front of me." The brunet’s lips quirked up slightly as he stood, stuffing his hands in his jean pockets. "The human ice pop himself…. You’re a heck of a lot taller in person."

Minty padded down the alley, exiting into the main street. She’d chosen to travel as a cat this time, finding it much simpler (and more pleasant when strangers petted her) to manoeuvre the crowds. Noticing something shiny on the ground she ran over to it, sniffing at it and then carefully picking it up in her mouth. Looking around, she started to move between people, meowing as loud as she could around the earpiece in the hopes of finding the owner.

Zach managed to find a bus stop and sit on the bench. Data continued to run across his vision, analyzing everything around him. His head hurt. How did he end up losing it in the first place? All he could recall was being bumped into extremely hard then something knocking it off. He really should make it a permanent part of his ear, but he couldn’t do that himself.

Zach just waved him off as he pulled up an article on his computer. There had been a few strange deaths that had been happening in a nearby town. From what he had found, it definitely wasn’t something most people could explain. Not much he could do without a hunter around since he wasn’t fit to fight anything.

He sighed and grabbed a few books off his desk to put away. There had to be something he could do.
