My opinion is that there's no point in you suffering all this to be thin and cut yourself, cuz then when you reach your Ugw you'll still not be able to wear the clothes you want bcs everything will be cut off looking like the Fruit Ninja game.

In my opinion I don't find 3D sc4rs attractive in my body and some people are disgusted by those who do this and I think you wanna be accepted and not rejected by everyone, right? but remember you are not invalidated if you are doing this! take care of yourself!

One thing I've been realizing for a few days is that I've never had a problem with my 3D or with food, I've always eaten what I wanted in the right amount without "overdoing" or "overeating"

But now that I started f4sting and looking from the "other side" whenever I finish a f4st I have compulsions, and they are not compulsions that go away because I keep eating and chewing all day long even if I'm not hungry I just simply can't control it, and I've NEVER had a problem with it but now I'm realizing it's getting out of control.

My last fast was 62 hours and I haven't stopped eating for two days and I actually felt sick. Yesterday I went to sleep at 4:30am because I had chest pain that was worse due to the food and almost 3 days without eating.

Even so, I'm going to wait for another opportunity to do more long f4sts because I was better off without eating than I am now.

day 1: It was bearable but at 11am I felt stressed and tired (at this time it is normal to have these symptoms)

day 2: This is the worst day, very hungry, dry throat and A LOT of desire to b1nge (I controlled myself with lots of water and vinegar, I already posted the recipe here)

half a day 3: I didn't feel like eating, but I had to break my fast because I have class on Monday

breakfast: 0 kcal

lunch: 0 kcal

workout: abs 660 kcal, chest: 450 kcal

dinner: 0 kcal
