I feel like throwing up rn cuz I ate so much but I just can’t like i literally have a phobia of throwing up but I wish I could just empty my stomach rn

I HATE EATING I FUCKING HATE IT WHY CANT I JUST LIVE OFF JUICE FOREVER UGHHH IF ONLY I LIVED ALONE

Ganna fast wed-fri cuz I feel like shit and I’m really sick and everything hurts

I fucked up my eating schedule I’m sick and starved all day and I’m the middle of the night the urge just took over and I ate everything and now I feel more sicker mentally and physically idk what to do

Thanks giving really really ruined my body but it’s okay ill workout today a lot and tmr and hopefully I can go back in my starvation era

Idk how to explain that feeling when your stomach is 100% empty it’s just so euphoric

I’m actually ganna lock in for these 3 days before thanksgiving then lock in again today is my last day eating im done i can’t keep filling my stomach up like this

I feel so fat like I gained so much weight but ik I didn’t but I just feel bloated and full cuz I keep eating til I feel uncomfortable idk how to explain it I just feel like a big balloon and I’m abt to eat again rn why can’t I just be skinnyyyyyyy ugh

Everytime I plan to starve I just end up eating like ughhh it makes me feel so guilty and bad

haven't been updating cuz ive been fat and binging hard. i hate it. i hate myself for this. why cant i just stop.

anyone got any tips of purging I wanna do it but everytime i tried either little came out or nothing and it just feels so weird
