“While I have received a few promotions in my time, I’m not sure what you’re referring to.”

Lockdown was about to make a few unnecessary jokes about getting wet, but got interrupted by the free shower. He frowned a bit, dripping. “Well. The fire is out. Good job.” He shook his frame and made his plating shift into place again after he transformed the flamethrower back. “Guess I was askin´ for that one. How much water you carryin´ around all the time?”

The smirk he had been holding back breaks through and Heatwave chuckles. Amused by the wet dog behavior. It suits the bounty hunter, considering he already looks like a mutt. Funny to see that he acts like one too.

*smiles a bit* Come on. I never saw ya puttin´ out actual flames. If I put this back into my frame with the fire on, I´ll burn myself. Or do I have to set a tree on fire first after all?

“Don’t set fire to a tree,” he grits his denta, optics hard as he glares. “And don’t complain when you get wet.” He raises an arm, aiming his clenched fist at the flamethrower. A harsh jet-stream of water shoots out. Intentionally too much for the small flame. It strikes the fire, dousing it, as well as soaking the mech it had been attached to.

*finally laughs after all*

Alright, alright. *holds flamethrower out to him, though not in his direction* Blow me, so I can put it away? *nods to the little flame*
