I've never actually had my pierced, but I do have friends that have. I guess the pain when pierced isn't so bad, but the healing process is long and they can get inflamed easily. Also, they'll catch on clothing and whatnot if you're not careful. But I think they're super cute and if you want them go for it! Just keep em cleaned
