Elain and Azriel may not have a mating bond between them, but they’re still drawn to each other in an unexplainable way. I cannot wait to see the heated moments this connection leads them into. We will likely see them trying to resist their connection for a while, but ultimately, the pull is too strong to ignore.

Is it so they can blame Elain's passivity in the cabin on Nesta (oh Elain would have loved to have helped but evil and cruel Nesta coddled her too much and wouldn't let her), a desire to chum up with the Feyre fans and turn Nesta into a point of mutual grievance, resentment of the major plotlines being set up for Nesta (and Gwyn and Emerie), or just a general desire to turn Elain, the character everyone has gone out of their way to look out for and not push into painful situations, the ultimate victim?
