If my team accidentally released Groucha into the outside he would of become the next cryptid or "Beast". It doesn't relieve that he's very evasive and has the ability to not be visible by light, not even his eyes.
On the topic of his eyes. Groucha's eyes are too human to even look like "a cat". But, he doesn't lack the tapetum lucidum¹ or the third eyelid. No matter how uncanny, Groucha's still a cat with cat feelings and a semi-cat brain.
He's not the first ever made. We made it clear to him to prevent a God Complex. Groucha seems to not care anyway - human interaction ticks him off - you'll get swatted by a gloved paw due to you caring too much.
Lola sponges next to Groucha quite nicely, in fact, Groucha has a good relationship with anyone who's not a human being in the Facility.
- Bon-Moment, the indifferent lightbulb who would sit on the anchor desk and would only turn on when the public is happy or he's given a rub with pomade. Groucha would often bask in the warmth Bon-Moment gave him when he was happy.
- Léon Minou, the fluffier feline who had unwillingly copied Groucha in Season 3 because Products NUL got desperate or something. At the first meeting with Groucha, Léon was calmer and quite curious about the new version of him who was pretty shy at the time. But all wild horses shall be broken in. The roles reversed very quickly... Poor Léon, poor Groucha... It had to be done. They still play cards with each other when possible.
- Mic-Mac, the youngest of the gang and the smallest. But has the flaw of being very fearful and tends to snuggle up with Groucha if he can. Groucha actually really cares about Mic-Mac nearly like a father, even if he has to scold the wee guy a lot for being very outspoken or rude.
But the strongest relationship Groucha has is with Lola, that psychopathic ostrich who attacked someone earlier this day for trying to sedate her.
He loves Lola dearly and she loves him back too, separation will be very unlikely.
Even if this godforsaken cat gets out, he would just come back to his calmer life in the Facility. Groucha would rather be cooped up and miserable than being out and in danger of getting killed.
