I imagine that some contestants are human mediums (like Pickle), while others are dolls (like Taco). Taco belongs to the first generation of dolls and was originally contracted to Pickle. However, in the first Alice Game, she ultimately lost to OJ, another doll. After failing to seize the champion's position, she refused to hand over the Rosa Mystica, quietly escaped, and broke her contract with Pickle on her own.When the second game began, she secretly observed and chose Mic, also a doll, as her partner. Mic’s human medium is Soap. Due to her failure in the first game, Taco couldn’t appear publicly (afraid that OJ would take her Rosa Mystica, which would lead to her death).
