I don't know what is it called to be scared of (im not going to say it. It starts with L and ends with D. It is an animal. Climbing on walls) I'm not diagnosed yet, but I should go see therapist.

I thought it was just a fear. It turns out to be worse than I thoght. So bad that I'm starting to cry and scream. It's not normal for me to scream. Except when I'm in pain. (Like going to hospital doing surgery after the painkillers effect gone?) cry and scream aren't the only thing. My hands are shaking, heart beating too fast, and running away. (It might sounds normal but I swear it is not.)

The phobia is triggered when I look at emoji of it, cartoon pics, realistic visuals of it and in real life. It can be triggered if I think of it, too.

Ngl, When I ask AI about it, it casually tell me that I should go get therapy. Well I think I really should. I should go see a therapist.

It's so easy to tell apart actually, TRY to do research yourself after doing quizzes. It's okay if u do it for fun. Just have to tell u that do not believe them.

I did quizzes today because I was curious about myself. The questions sounded so stupid. “Which one of these movies do you like?” I don't know any of them. “Which outfit would you choose if you go on a date?” I'm aromatic and I dislike every outfit you wanted me to choose. And those questions can't tell my ACTUAL personality. Those are preferences. It's nothing related to my personality.

oh GOSH. Especially those “Which character are you” quizzes. Sometimes, the choices are VERY obvious I could tell. It's very easy to pick which result you'd like to get.

It's very fun to do tho, but it's a no no for those who are actually curious.

Most of you guys might have already heard about the 16 personalities test. It's inaccurate. You should do research by yourself. And a reminder : Mbti is not all about your personality, expression or emotion. Those videos on tiktok are surely misleading you.

Mind you, I'm INTJ and I'm not cold, emotionless and all about future. I could feel like dying if I didn't get to talk about my current interests to my friends. I hate being an intj getting misunderstood and everybody gives me too much personal space. I don't hate it. It's just feel too distant. It feels like I'm a loner having no friends.

I always say how I really want my friend or literally any classmate to be in the same fandom as me. But when I actually found out their fandom is the same as me, I get nervous. Or eventually stop talking about it.

I want to be in a popular fandom and I want my classmate to know it, but it DOES get awkward when it turns out they're in the fandom before me. No I don't want them to talk to me about the fandom. I feel like a newgen when talking to them.
