Behind-the-scenes of the iconic Muguet fragrance 2015 edition's creation

Guerlain celebrates the arrival of spring with a numbered, limited-edition fragrance.

In annual May Day tradition, Guerlain unveils a new version of their iconic Muguet perfume. This year, the bottle has been reinvented with a fresh finely crafted exterior.

Created in 1908, the exquisite Floral Bottle originally in glass has been reinterpreted exclusively for this edition in white porcelain biscuit by Artoria, a French manufacture based in Limoges.

The crisp porcelain bottle, from which springs a graceful and pure decoration, beautifully illustrates the good-luck flower. An extremely meticulous technical feat executed by Artoria, a renowned specialist in the field.  

The reputation of this French manufacture based in Limoges dates back to the 1920s, thanks to talented porcelain artist, Camille Tharaud, whose handcrafted works were displayed in top museums worldwide.

With this intricate bottle creation, Guerlain perpetuates the charm and delicacy of the sprinkled bouquet scent.

The 2015 limited edition has been produced in just 1,659 numbered pieces. A true collector's item, a piece of art to be cherished forever.

The finishing touch: a green organdie ribbon tied around the neck of the bottle, here as a reminder of the scent's wonderful dewy green notes.

Paying homage to the celebration of love and haute couture.

In a union of Haute Couture and Haute Parfumerie, French designer Delphine Manivet creates an exclusive gown dedicated to Guerlain's latest fragrance: Le Bouquet de la Mariée.

The idea for the dress was born through the story of Eau de Cologne Impériale, composed for Empress Eugénie on her wedding day.

A one-off design, this contemporary Couture creation is made with Calais lace, the finest handmade lace in the world.

Le Plus Beau Jour De Ma Vie has a white vaporizer enhancing the refinement of the design and facilitating the timelessly feminine, graceful gesture of applying fragrance.

Delphine Manivet imposes her own distinctive and desirable style characterised by delicate, pared-down looks and light-as-air lace.
