There was a clack as stasis cuffs were snapped onto her wrists.

“…….What are you doing to her?” Hubcap asked.

“She attacked us unprovoked. Unicronian’s don’t just tolerate that. She’ll be judged.”

“She was trying to help me.”

     There wasn’t much Hal could do besides sit there and try to catch her breath as she was taken into custody, and even if she had been able to protest, she probably wouldn’t have.

     “Fair...enough.” She wheezes, hot air gusting out of her vents as her systems try and chase the last of the noxious fumes from within her. Yeah, that’s a smell she’s not going to forget for a long time; nightmare fuel is what what is. 

“……Why? Why did you want to help me?”

Hubcap’s voice had deepend, but aside from sharper edges and a change in optic color, he looked the same, sitting up on the alter.

Assassin make a soft squeak and threw up as well as the sound of Hal getting sick.

     It’s a while before the truck can answer, holding up a shivering servo to signal that she needed a minute. Or 15-20. 

     Eventually, she chokes and kickstarts her vocalizer with a blart of static: 

     “It’s,” cough, cough, “it’s what I do, mech. Someone said ya’,” dry heave, “...were in trouble -- god --, so I came.” Her optics are watering solvent at an alarming rate, because let’s be honest here, organic smells like that are her kryptonite. Hazard might have achieved the same reaction had she thrown a cow carcass at the frontliner.  

     The problem was, however, she’d failed in doing what she’d come to do, but Hubcap didn’t seem to be any worse off for it. 

“Well considering he’d be killed in cold blood by his own teammates otherwise, we decided it was best NOT to ask the Autobots for help. Sassy, would you unfasten him? Looks like he’s almost done. And Hazard? Don’t kill her. I know that look. That’s the Glass Gas look. Don’t do it. Try the Fueltank melter.”

With her gas mask knocked away, Hazard accessed a pocket of posion inside her body. She parted her full, purple lips and exhaled a puff of blue smoke.

The smell was a boquet of corpse, sludge, rotted vegetable matter, vanilla, grease, and organic sewage. It was strong enough that Halocene could taste it with her eyeballs.

     “A memo at least would have been nice!” The Autobot barks back, and immediately freezes as that smell hits her olfactory sensors full-force. Her first instinct is to in-vent to close her vents, but it only draws the stench in -- and oh, she can literally taste it...

     Scrambling back off of the truck to try and get away from the source of it, Halocene gags once, twice, and then purges as she comes to rest on her servos and knees. 

“Those that Become One with the One are far blessed above those that become One with the Void. No more will you walk in Primus light, but take shelter beneath the Dark Lord’s Wings. His fangs will be your sword and shield, his black spark your shelter. Endless wealth drips from the points of his—Do you bitches MIND?”

Nuke turned to the fighting females, hands on hips hips. On the table, Hubcap convulsed and screamed.

Hazard tried to guide the punch into his gas mask, to have it moved aside.

     The screaming was distracting, to say the least, so Hal’s helm snaps to the side, concerned for the little Wrecker, and her fist goes astray, landing solidly against the presented target of the gas mask.

“ Well, i thought i didn’ like big gals. But damn i’m glad i was wrong for once. Nice ta meetcha, luv! Name’s Crosshairs.”

     Who the hell -- 

     “Oh, hey lil’ green dude. Nobody introduced me to ya’,” the truckformer turns to face the smaller mech, “name’s Halocene, friends call me Hal.” She provides her traditional dashing grin and extends a servo to shake his. 

“Right well I’ll believe that when the people of Junk and myself ask him to leave our planet and he does, because as it stands I don’t think he would. Now if you’re going to defend someone who rose from nothing and gained power and not be the slightest bit cautious that it might go to their head may I remind you that Megatron exists.”

She sighed.

“Point is, I don’t trust that he’ll stay this benign king you claim he is.”

     “He was a slave, Outlander. He knows what it’s like to be on the bottom of the barrel, and if ya’ compare him to Megatron again, I’m not the only one you’re gonna’ piss off.” It’s obvious she’s disenchanted with Outlander at this moment in time, arms folded over her chest, closed off, audio fins straight back parallel to her helm. 

“Tad hard to do when they’re trying to kill you. Now that wouldn’t be a problem normally, lots of people want to kill me, the problem is that he seems to think his title justifies it.”
