Lost five pounds this week! I moved around a bit too much and one of my incision areas is killing me right now though. Iโm so bored I want to go to the gym and just feel good again.ย
So I finally had my THIRD surgery this year. A hysterectomy. So maybe finally I can be free of this stupid pain.
I started a weight-loss plan with two of my friends for accountability. I really need to get my shit together because Iโve just been packing on the pounds so quickly.ย
So I was up to 292.4 when I started two days ago :( Now Iโm at 289.6, but progress is progress.ย
Going back to being vegan finally, it was so hard to give a shit when I was caught in this depression spiral. I canโt workout for 5 more weeks since I just had my surgery on May 24th. As soon as I can Iโll be back to swimming at the Y. In July new headphones come out that you can swim with through JBL and Iโll be scooping those up for sure.ย
Iโm going to try really hard to be more active so I can remain motivated.ย

Ayyy lost another pound!
This diet/lifestyle isnโt as hard as I imagined it would be. All of my meals have been delicious. My pain is maybe 20 percent more manageable. That small amount is better than nothing right?
I have a doctors appointment today and Iโm nervous about it. A lot of people in my support group say they have a hard time getting their doctors to help them with pain management. Hopefully if they see Iโve been changing my lifestyle and trying to manage pain in a healthy way they will be more apt to help me? Hope so!
Lost ten pounds in three days and rewarded myself by buying six avocados at the store.
Its crazy how much better I feel after one day of eating healthy.
This is my first time logging on in forever. I fell off the bandwagon HARD, had two surgeries, and was diagnosed with endometriosis finally. I stress ate a lot. My coping mechanism for pain has been food. I didnโt have the energy or motivation to even stick to veganism. I am at my highest weight Iโve ever been in my life.
ย I started a low inflammation diet today to help with the endometriosis and weight loss. Iโm currently at 278lbs and still have a goal of 160. I am sick of being depressed and feeling like shit and am ready to get my life back.ย
This low inflammation thing is vegan, gluten free, sugar free, and soy free. Its going to be hard, but if it helps with the pain and lack of energy Iโve been feeling it will be 100% worth it.
So, lets do this!

I just ate an avocado for the first time in two months and I forgot how much joy they bring to my life.
My wonderful best friend ordered me groceries! ๐ I haven't had a piece of fruit in two months let alone fresh veggies so I'm super happy and excited ๐ I go back to work in two days and I'm pretty nervous about it, but ready to make some money.
Things have been pretty stressful. I'm no longer vegan for the moment since being out of work for so long has left me eating whatever is cheapest or free. Mainly eggs ๐. I'm still waiting for my short term disability to go through and I'm at the point where I have negative 200 dollars and nothing but broccoli and rice to eat. Trying to stay positive though. I'll be back to work eventually only like two and a half more weeks of being broke.
I've finally recovered from my surgery, gained about 30 pounds and am ready to finally get out of bed and start moving and get healthy. Missed y'all!
I've been in so much pain lately and having to take as much ibuprofen as possible to make it through work and spending all my off time sleeping because I'm exhausted. My surgery is April 25th and I wish it was tomorrow honestly. I've been depressed and stressed and have only been finding comfort in food. Which is making me more stressed. I had to cancel my hiking trip for my anniversary ๐ข BUTTTT you better believe once surgery is over and I am fully recovered I am going to be back out in those mountains.

Well, I met with a specialist yesterday, and they are not sure if the tumors are cancerous but they are so large that they have to be surgically removed. While I'm excited to potentially feel better after this, I'm nervous because I have to miss two weeks of work. And possibly miss my hiking trip. I ate so much after my appointment because I'm stressed out. And drank a lot of beers.

Had a very good day eating wise today. I feel like I'm getting back on track finally. I tracked every single thing I ate and had a couple cuties for snacks, no chips today! I keep reading about this trail I'm hiking next month and everyone keeps talking about how hard it is and I'm a little nervous. Mostly excited though. I need to work on my endurance this month to be prepared. Maybe I'll start running? I'm not super into it but i would do it if it would help me when I'm out in the mountains.
