Just Breathe! Breath is a powerful thing. Besides giving us the oxygen we need, our breath can help bring us here into the present moment.

Conscious breathing has been one of the most transformative tools in my personal transformation.

Stuck in the past or future? Feeling worry, anxious, fear? STOP and focus on your breath!

Take a big inhale in, all through your stomach up into your chest for a count of 4 and slowly exhale for a count of 4. Repeat this 4 times and notice how you feel!

Post reminders around your house that say “just breathe” as a great way to remember to breathe consciously! It will transform your life! And it was one of the big tools I used in learning to love myself fully.
