A. He's a guy gtb joe kidnapped and hypnotized a few years ago. He's still in his basement. The only reason gtb keeps him around is because he finds Carl entertaining and hot and he also has tons of illegal drugs. (Carl wasn't...the best guy before he met gtb.) Jesus christ this is getting big.
