A small smile overtook the male’s lips as the other spoke his name, making sure to keep eye contact with them. The contact only broke when arms wrapped around his body into a warm hug. Dan stood still for a few moments before he brought his arms around the other, returning the hug.
After the remark, a smile grew larger on the Jewish male’s lips, silently shrugging as a goofy smile overtook his large smile despite the fact Arin couldn’t see his face. It only stayed like that until they spoke again. The three words that he had been thriving for without even knowing it. Slowly, he pulled away, small smile still on his lips.
{ I love you, too. }
Arin pulled away after a few moments, realizing they were still in the driveway of his soon to be ex-wife's house. It felt good to say what he had and even better to hear it said back, but not here. He looked at Dan for a few seconds before speaking, still trying to wrap his head around the situation. "We should probably get back to your place, yeah?" He asked rhetorically before tearing his eyes away from his fellow grump and making his way to the driver's side of his car. He unlocked it and slid into the seat.
