Courage and Vulnerability say to leap and that with faith Miracles are possible They say leap and the net will appear. I can say that it hurts like hell not to be met when you take that leap. I can also say that I lept. Don't just leap babies, make sure you take care of the practical things as well.

I felt the pressure to go there. I wasn’t ready. My body said it wanted to stay where it was at. I feared that if I didn’t push harder to lose more, then my word would be at stake. I became more critical, more concerned; I didn't feel like it was truly empowering. So then I stopped and began to ook for that empowerment without altering the body. It was challenging to find self-loving conversations about the body without it being about acceptance at a larger size. I couldn’t identify with it. I was not that small, but felt my smallest and healthiest. It was a mind trip.
