Animal: he's been carrying that whole symbolism ever since he was roaming the Mojave, so there's really only one answer to give here and it's coyote. (though he does own a toucan in some verses i'm using him in, so if there is an animal i associate with him (but not its symbolism) they count as well)
Colors: deep jewel tones, but mostly shades of red, yellow, green, orange, brown and black
