Day 37!

It was suggested I should refunct the defunct horse game on my last post... and I actually did start doing that a few months (or year?) ago! I was calling the project "My Little Pony: Collectible Card Game: Unlimited."

I started by re-designing the cards to be more colorful! I also added a graphic limit to friend's power, to try and curb any "power creep."

I changed the "Mane Character" to a "Leader" just for clarity. I decided to add effects where the Leader card could be flipped back to it's Basic side, too.

I made two new color-types too-- Red (for Sunset Shimmer, and the Element of Empathy) and Green (for my OC, Fidget, and the Element of Trust!)

I started to make some decks, even. The plan was never to balance with the official cards, but rather to make a whole new set of cards with the same mechanics (with some changes.) Those decks and rules are just text documents right now, and mostly incomplete.

I didn't move farther with it, though, because I started working more seriously on a different trading-card-type game that utilizes a lot of the original ideas I had for this one!
