Upturned : Turned Up story , Takes place BEFORE the Upturned : Turned Up , More of Horsemans Backstory/Story
" Hey Goldie? Have you ever noticed how bright the Roses shine when you're around? I think it's neat.." said The Florist calmly , The Horseman glanced at what The Florist was holding but of course he knew already , it was a Gold Rose. It did glow more then usual , The Horseman couldn't get a word out and rather just looked at the Rose for a while. That was until The Florist started arranging the golden buds in a circle form , " What are you doing? " " Just adjusting the buds in a way that I think would look best for it! What do you think Goldie? " The Horseman stayed quiet again for a while , he was just in awe with how much The Florist knew about Roses. How he could mold a Rose into it's best shape , how he knew the anatomy and basically everything about it. " It's beautiful , like always. " The Horseman muttered , but due to how quiet the area was The Florist could those words perfectly clear. " If [ pause… ] If I may ask , how do you know so much about these Roses? I've been here for a while and I'm only learning these things now. " The Florist was able to give a soft smile to that question before answering , " It's quite simple ,
the Roses , are quite simple , they were created once you entered this land. Due to your bright light you gave them enough light energy , that's why they are golden just like you! " " How do you know that? " The Horseman was just , amazed on how much research The Florist must've done on these flowers , and just on a flower alone? " My , my , you're quite curious aren't you Goldie! It's just these flowers. Although not much , they can glow on their own. They don't need water to survive , they only start to die once there's no light. "
The Florist was cut off due to The Horseman just letting himself fall backwards into the grass , " Now what are YOU doing? " " Enjoying the moment. " The two stayed quiet. The Florist knew what he meant and just kept gently adjusting the buds , meanwhile The Horseman slowly drifted off into a nap.
