I am, and I think that casual sex can be an amazing form of intimacy for people who can effectively connect with others quickly and feel comfortable participating in it. I’ve done this when I was younger, but I don’t resonate with it now. I just connect and build intimacy in different, and a lot more complicated ways (compared to how I used to connect in my twenties) which makes it difficult for me to enjoy casual sex as much as I would with someone I intentionally chose and genuinely wanted. There are many factors that have led to this change in trajectory for me, and one of them is the need of intellectual capacity and range, along with other qualities that, if lacking, make me simply not attracted to a particular man, like, at all. And if I’m not attracted to someone, sexual contact with them feels rather pointless and a bit boring tbh. If I’m going to do something, I prefer to do it well haha
