A list of lies the media is telling you about Seungri.  STAY INFORMED. DON’T LET ANYONE FOOL YOU. If you read the whole thing you’ll understand that something  h u g e  is happening.

COURT MATTERS:

Lie:

Seungri was accused of rape, sexual harassment, drugging women, human trafficking, pedophilia. 

He helped prostitutes find clients

Seungri and his lawyer confessed to the crime

He didn’t give his phone to the police

He gave his phone only after he was forced to. He put up a fight

There were things deleted from his phone

He  confessed 

The screenshots of the group chat were proven to be real

He has connections with the police

He was tested positive on his drug tests

He’s not cooperating

He’s running away to the military

HE HAS BEEN PROVEN GUILTY

Truth:

He was accused of finding clients for prostitutes. Nothing else. The pedophilia case is revolving around a club called “This is Gangnam” and Seungri has never been involved with it. Allkpop used his picture for the article and this is how the rumors started.

The girls themselves stated IN COURT that they’re not  prostitutes and that they never did any sexual favors

He never confessed to the crime. The press doesn’t want to talk to his lawyer and they don’t publish his interviews.

Seungri gave his phone NOT ONLY to the police but to the press as well. They had free access to his phone and took pictures (He did that on the 16th, only one journalist shared the pictures he took on the 19th)

He gave it immediately. American sources (Allkpop, Koreaboo, Soompi) posted a fake translation.

No proof, absolute speculation present only in American sources

The only “proof” of his connections is a picture taken in 2014 on which he is wearing a police uniform. 

He took 3 drug tests in the matter of 2 weeks and all of them were negative

The first time he went to the police it was voluntarily. He’s asking for a lie detector.

He postponed his enlistment so he can be present for the investigation 

HE HASN’T BEEN PROVEN GUILTY

THE CHATS WITH SPY PORNO AND EXCPLICT CONTENT:

Lie:

He was present in the Molaka groupchat 

He sent spy porno and pornographic images in it

He knew the chats existed and saw the content

He is heavily involved in the Molaka groupchats

Truth:

He wasn’t present int the Molaka groupchat. American sources made it seem as if there is only 1 chat. The molaka chat is a completely different thing and the participants were punished.

He did not spread explicit pictures or videos

He did not participate in the chat, he wasn’t aware of the content

He absolutely isn’t involved with the chat

BURNING SUN:

Lie:

He was the CEO

He was the owner

He had an important position in the club

He gave up the position because of the scandal

Kim Sankyo got abused in the club for no reason

There is no proof that Kim Sankyo has harassed women

Kim Sankyo is innocent

A woman was abused and dragged in Burning Sun

Truth:

He wasn’t the CEO

He wasn’t the owner

He was board director

He gave up the position because of his enlistment (It’s against the Korean law to be in such positions while in military)

Kim Sankyo was caught harassing women in the club and he got punched. He admitted to it, even trying to make it seem as if the women were the blame.

Kim Sankyo was sued by 3 women for sexual harassment. He was set free. No justice was served despite the proof

Seungri's sister Hanna posted screenshots of Kim Sankyo promising he’ll ruin Burning Sun by using Seungri's name A WEEK BEFORE EVERYTHING HAPPENEDZAZ

She wasn’t abused. She got dragged because she got drunk and started stealing drinks. She apologized officially.

YG:

Lies:

Seungri was kicked out of YG

YG  is destroying evidence

He’s leaving BigBang because he’s guilty

Seungri was completely removed from YG’s site, everything related to him has been deleted

Truth:

Seungri asked his contract to be terminated. YG’s first official statement was that they are shocked and still haven’t spoken to him

It was a periodic document destruction which is undertaken every month. YG posted the digital version of the destroyed documents

He’s leaving BigBang because he’s embarrassed and doesn’t want to drag his hyungs down with himself

He’s still listed as their artist. They didn’t try to erase him.

ABOUT HIS STATEMENT:

Lie:

He confessed 

He was having fun

He wasn’t scammed because he didn’t take any legal actions

He doesn’t regret it

Truth:

He did not confess. Soompi released a fake translation

He was scammed 2 billion won

He sued Shin Eun Sung in 2016 but she blackmailed him with the same screenshots

He regrets meeting those people

The police made an official statement on 21.3.2019 - they have no proof to backup all of the allegations. The charges are dropped but the investigation is ongoing so they might call him back in if they find more evidence.

For those who don’t know Seungri knew about rapes made in the club where he was working. There is even a video of him standing there not even fazed when a man was dragging a woman to abuse her: she was resisting and trying to free herself yet he did absolutely nothing. He is also charged to take a big part in the sex traffics of his club: women were made sex slaves, prostitution was forced, women were drugged then raped while being filmed and then they woke up without remembering a thing. Seungri was one of the people who brought girls to associates or businessman. He was also in a group chat with JJY where all these videos of raped women (evoked before) were shared and where all the people in it, including Seungri and JJY (JJY being the one who created this chat), were taking pleasure in seeing this.

Now Seungri has been proven guilty for all of this by the South Korean police and serious sources confirmed it just like for JJY (who also admitted it by writing an “apology” letter half assed). The government banned Seungri from leaving the country and are preparing to pursue the investigation faster before the enlistment of Seungri (which will probably not take place if he is judged before). Seungri then decided to retire from the entertainment industry. Junhyun from Highlight also admitted being involved in this case and watching videos. Choi Jonghoon is also invovled in this scandal, he left FTisland and will be heard by the police soon.

So you have to stop denfending this man. He did horrible things! The victims are out there suffering from his acts and here you are still defending this disgusting man. He is a criminal who should rot in jail period. No one should defend him! You may be a fan but he is a criminal and the fact that his music was good and he did great things in this industry has no weight in this. Supporting him is supporting an awful criminal. Women went through hell because of him, don’t dare going on social medias and defending him where they can see!

Also! Zico, Lee Hongki, Kang Daniel and Roy Kim were proven innocent in this case. Zico cleared it up himself by announcing that the rumors (because the police and sources never brought up his name only twitter fans) were false. The others were cleared up by their agencies and denied by the police.

SM entertainment will take legal actions against the maliscious comments and the people who spread false rumors about exo as Sehun was accused of supporting Seungri since he posted some time ago a picture with him on instagram. He since then deleted it but he is still being dragged. JYP will also take mesure as people said Twice were some of the girls victims of this case which is fake.

But with all these new allegeations against various parties I would like to take a moment to remind you all that K-pop news sites (Soompi, koreaboo, etc) ARE NOT credible sources. In fact citing these as sources or spreading articles about any parties involved in Korea could be grounds for a defamation lawsuit, so be careful where you are getting your information from.
