I don’t exaclty remember the exact words from the prohecy but I think an angel who has seen the surface will come down here and free the monsters right?

I feel like they would have said an angel FROM the surface instead of that if they were talking about Frisk… so that means is the prophecy is talking about Asriel?

I mean he did see the surface before, not lived there and he did free everyone in the tru pacifist route.

When gerson says that it may be freeing them from the barrier or from this world entirely, well you can blame flowey, cause he did put the idea of genocide into Frisk’s head, not only that I think the reason why Flowey was killed so brutally was because he destroyed Frisk’s and chara’s only chance of getting back to the surface and destroying humans.
