GrateTV - BBQ Grill Show

Smo fry at it's finest.  This was a hit at the Brown family Thanksgiving. 

The whole family helped prep the Smo Fry for the Brown Thanksgiving as we watched Grate TV in the background.  Note my beer of choice was Miller Lite.

Incredible #GRATEPlate! from  Matt M -- This was my first whole hog I cooked this past labor day. I used Myron Mixons injection, Butcher BBQ savory pecan and Killer Hogs the BBQ Rub. It was cooked on propane but with a pan of mesquite burning the whole cook as well. This was about 5 hours into the cook. I was nervous to say the least but the cook went great and the meat was absolutely delicious.

Boneless, skinless chicken breast with grilled pineapple and provolone cheese. I call it pineapple and provolone chicken.

My best ever turkey! So far, anyway.
