I'm planning on making some lilac jelly next week, and I'm really excited to see if the different cultivars taste the same or not!
Has anyone tried comparing the taste of different lilacs? Which was your favourite?
I'm thinking about trying Komarowii lilacs, as they have a bit of a liquorice scent to my nose, to see if they are any different from syringa vulgaris
