As the birth date approaches, I do find it difficult to take comfort with you leaving albeit the reason. Yes, I know George is very important and being with him in his current situation.
Relapsing emotionally is quite damaging--so I should say I understand. But I daresay I cannot--I am selfish. He lost his twin, his other half and all you are attempting to do is be there for him but I am furious for this, which I do feel horrible about. Perhaps it is the hormones or the idea of knowing what  had happened last week.Â
For some reason, a part of me believes you are leaving because of the assault but I know for a fact you wouldn't do that--that so is all in my head. I'm just terrified because of how it happened that the children will be in danger. The thing is, we never really spoke about it. I did not take that alcohol willingly, I told you and I want to make sure you understand. I was silly in thinking I could trust another person. The consequence of being idiotic is not only mine but the twins'.

Hermione closed her eyes just trying to allow herself to kiss him without feeling uneasy. This was Ron, not Elliot. Ron loved her, she knew that.
Hermione wrapped her arms tighter around him and pulled him down to sit on the couch closer to her while still in the kiss. She didn't want to let go because for once she was feeling safe.
After a moment, she pulled away. "I need something to eat."
"Of course we’ll be able to do this." Ron replied, giving her hand a reassuring squeeze. "I’m not just a pretty face after all." He teased, wanting to hear her laugh. "Mione, you’re the brightest witch of our age. You can do anything and I’ll be here for you, with this, every step of the way. I know we can do this, with these pretend babies and whatever real babies come our way one day. You’ll be a fantastic mum."Â
He leaned down and kissed her softly, but lingering on her lips. “Let’s owl the headmistress and let her know that we’d like to find out, then.” Ron said, when he finally did pull away.

Hermione nodded, "But, thank you and I know you will be a wonderful dad, Ron." But when we kissed her, she didn't want to stop. She placed her hands around the back of his head gently. Her eyes closed and Hermione honestly felt all the worry start to go away. But when he pulled awake and spoke she just shrugged in agreement and dropped her arms loosely above his shoulders only to nudge him a bit in asking him to kiss her again.
Ron was at her side in a second. “Hermione, it’s fine. Really.” He hugged her tightly. “You’re just overly emotional because of the babies. You go rest and I’ll clean this up, then I’ll make us something to eat.” He took her by the arm and lead her into the living room, where he put one of the couch cushion up one end and helped her sit down. “Please don’t cry Mione. As for names, how about Aiden Arthur and Gavin Billius if we have two boys, Roisin Jean and Eponine Molly if they’re both girls, and if we have one of each, we can see which name they both look like, and then decide between the two.” He stroked her hair gently as he spoke, trying to soothe her. “I’m alright with finding out when we can if you are.”
"I'm sorry, I don't even---" she took a breath. "I'm never like this and I won't let this pseudo pregnancy cause me to act as I am." She tugged at his arm in asking him to sit next to her.
"Ron, do you think--do you think we'll be able to do this? I mean--I want to study and, well, I know my mum managed high school with me but my father was graduated, he took university half time. He took care of me during the day and, oh Ron, both of us need to study. I just fear lest I'll be a horrible mum."
But she went on to answer him, nodding. "I want to find out. I really, really do for some reason."
Ron blushed at her compliment. He didn’t think he was that great. “One day we will - get married I mean.” He leaned in a kissed her softly again. “I don’t mind if we know or not. What happens if we get two girls or two boys? I um… I like the names Rose and Arthur - for my dad. Maybe we can use your dad’s name too as a first or middle name.” He had thought about it a little, especially when they were hunting horcruxes. He thought about how different it might be if it was just the two of them and things were better. Ron thought two kids would be nice. Growing up in a large family had been great but a small family might be nice. They could go on holidays and take a muggle car for drives.Â
"Oh, any gender would be lovely I suppose--we would love them the same. I do love the name Rose, actually but to a point where I would want to reserve that name for a, er, real daughter. What about Roisin Molly and Aiden Arthur? Aiden was my father's name." She paused. "Is. And perhaps, if two girls we could--oh, I don't know."
She took his hand again, playing with his fingers when she suddenly remembered something. "The food!" Hermione ran into the kitchen and after seeing the burned mess broke out into tears.

I mean we fooled around a little but it never went under the clothes. I didn’t want to do it with her. I just didn’t feel ready or that I loved her. I was jealous of that McLaggen git and thought you liked him, that’s why I was even with her in the first place. Then I just got caught up in the fact that someone actually liked me, someone was actually giving me attention and wanting to be with me for once, not Harry.” Ron shrugged. “OK, so I do want to m-make love to you, but I promise I won’t lay a hand on your like that until you’re ready. I’ll wait as long as it takes, even if we have to get married and sleep in separate beds. I just want to be with you, Hermione. I want to be there when you wake up and go to bed. I want your face to be the first and last thing I see. I don’t care if we need a piece of paper for that, or to have sex to have that. I just want to be with you in anyway I can. That’s all that matters. And yeah, kids would be nice;” He started stoking her hair. “But we still have a year of school to get through, so let’s worry about that first. I know you want a career too, so you should establish that first, then maybe we can consider it. If you’re still not ready for that, then we can adopt - from the muggle world or the wizarding world, I don’t care. There are lots of kids that need a good home and we could give it to them.”
He knew exactly what to say and she appreciated and loved that. "You're perfect," she whispered, grabbing his hand. Her eyes filled with tears, "you are just--you're honestly the best, Ron. I want to be with you, I do, forever. I want to be your wife."
Her breaths were deep and she looked into his eyes seriously. "I want to marry you--" Hermione knew they were young yet the two were in love and she knew how fragile life was, she knew how much pain and danger had been in the past. A wedding wouldn't be the worst idea. "And I'm not just toying with that idea, Ronald."
She dropped his hand, "you know me so well, you know what I want in life without having to know from my own words. The fact that you even consider adopting children, Ron, you're so wonderful and--and," Hermione took his hand again. "You make me happy, I feel safe with you."
Again, dropping his hand, she smiled a bit. "Do you want to find out the genders? I--I've been thinking about names. I really do like Eponine for a girl or Gavin or a boy. We could each pick a name, oh, or just decide together."

Draco’s head shot up. He knew that voice. Merlin forbid she find him in here. She’d rush and tell her other halves and they’d make his life hell. Draco kept quiet, his hot forehead resting on the seat of the toilet, trying to cool it down. He waited a moment. Perhaps she’d gone. Draco stood, a little shaky, but for the most part better, and turned to exit the stall. Only to find her still standing there. “Granger.” He sneered, trying to regain some form of composure. “If you don’t mind stepping aside, I’d like to rinse the taste of vomit from my mouth.”Â

Looking at him for a moment, all past relationship interaction faded. "A-are you okay, Malfoy? Do you need anything? I can fetch you a drink or--or just talk."Â
Hermione knew her offer may not be wanted but she still attempted. "Or are you with child yourself?" She knew that wasn't quite funny, she knew it was sophomoric but she couldn't resist. "Sickness is quite the worst symptom, I'm sure you know."
Ron shrugged. “Then we won’t.” He told her simply. “I’m with you because I love you, not for any other reason than that. I’ve never had sex, and I don’t particularly need too. Men can live without sex, despite what they may try to say. You don’t need to apologize for anything, Hermione. It’s not for you to apologize about. It’s his fault. Not yours. I’ll be here for you through everything.” Ron told her, kissing her lips softly.
She wanted to explain herself, she wanted so much to make Ron happy and she felt what he was saying wasn't completely sincere. "That's a lie and you know it," she said in a shy and weak, almost terrified voice. "A relationship needs---it's a studied fact, Ron. Read about it. I mean, I know you aren't okay with just not. The fact is, I love you and I want to make you happy. That's why most relationships work. Each partner has to help the other and I cannot just deny you, Ronald. It would be selfish and I do really, really care about you."
Hermione took a breath, "I am terrified, yes but I know you wouldn't ever hurt me. This would be out of love. Elliot was wrong and I was just an easy target I suppose. If his dad didn't come in, I don't know how much further it would have gone and I'm so grateful it didn't. I--I am still," she was becoming pink, embarrassed to speak of her body, herself and about this subject. Hermione may have been, brave, intelligent and so on but she did have her flaws, fears and weaknesses. "Untouched for the most part, you know. So I'm for you but what he made me to do him makes me feel just--oh--wrong. I know as I didn't want to, I can still be considered as if nothing happened but I still touched him."
Saying she had been forced to orally please Elliot was something she couldn't put words to, she tried with everything she had to explain what happened to Ron without saying so exactly. "But then, then in sixth year when you were with Lavender, I kept wondering what you two had been doing exactly and it angered me, terrified me and you may have thought or she may have that I was too stuck up or 'too good' to try and get even, that I just didn't quite like Cormac when he came on to me but I was just scared."
She put her hands on her stomach. "But now this is happening and it was happening without even having it." Sex was the one thing Hermione couldn't quite speak about: when talking about said action, she became unlike herself, she sounded young and immature.
"And I don't want children, not yet. But when I think about it, I would want children with you. I do think, if we were to have--you know, I think maybe it would make the hurt go away."
